This is a competition for high schools in the Ipswich regional area. Entries should reflect the theme of "reporting Ipswich to the world." Entries should be a digital media story about one or more of the following:
- a person;
- an event;
- an aspect of history;
- an issue;
- a place or business; or
- a group;
In Ipswich

The story should be about 2 minutes in length and may be presented as short film, sound file, slide show with voice over, animation, or a blog. Blogs should consist of written text and images and should be under 1000 words.

Competition will open 22nd May 2008 and conclude at 5pm on the 27th of June. Winners will be announced on the 11th July. Work will then be showcased as a digital Expo on this site.

Prizes, proudly donated by UQ Business School, will be $2000 to the school with the winning entry, $700 to the school with the second place entry, and $300 to third placed entry. Prizes for 'people's choice' winner will also be awarded.
